Privacy policy

This is a translation. The Polish version is binding: mikup.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

1. General information The mikup.pl website places particular emphasis on user privacy. The website is primarily for information purposes. Personal data is processed only to the extent that the user voluntarily provides it – via the contact form or when submitting a rating or review of a product (see points 4–7 below).

2. Redirects to external websites The website contains links to e-commerce platforms (Allegro, Arena, Sprzedajemy.pl). Upon clicking a link, the user leaves the mikup.pl website. The website administrator is not responsible for the privacy policies of these platforms or for the processing of data by these entities.

3. Cookies and server logs The website may use cookies for statistical and technical purposes to ensure the website is displayed correctly. The server on which the website is hosted may automatically record technical logs (e.g. date of access, IP address), which is necessary to ensure the security and stability of the service.

4. Contact form The data provided in the contact form (name, email address, message content) is sent by email directly to the website administrator’s contact address and is used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are not stored in the website’s database nor used for any other purposes.

5. Product ratings and reviews When adding a rating or review for a product, you may voluntarily provide a nickname and the name of the shop where you made your purchase. The nickname provided and the content of the review are publicly visible alongside the relevant product. Please do not provide any personally identifiable information here (e.g. full name, email address).

6. Enquiry about an offer You may voluntarily provide your email address in the ‘Enquire about an offer’ form next to the product. We only save it once you have given your consent and use it solely to respond to that enquiry. We store the enquiry containing your email address in the website’s administration panel until it has been dealt with.

7. Order number for reviews When adding a review, you may voluntarily provide an order number from our sales channel. This is used solely to verify that the purchase took place (the ‘Verified purchase’ badge); it is not published and is visible only to the website administrator. 8. Data controller and contact details The data controller is the entity operating the mikup.pl website, tax ID (NIP) 7521433952.
